Westheimer Portugal, Lda, headquartered at Rua Joaquim Frutuoso, nº 4, Monte das Barreiras, 2500-496 Foz do Arelho, legal person number 513 818 782, is the owner and holder of the Hillside House Suites & Spa trademark.

As these are the ones that rules your stay and use of any service owned by us, Hillside House – Suites & Spa, which is legally represented by the company Westheimer Portugal, Lda.

By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We can revise these terms and conditions from time to time, updating this page. The revised terms will take effect upon publication. The use of some parts or features of the Site may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Where this is the case, you will be notified in accordance with these additional terms and conditions.

Westheimer Portugal, Lda. reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if the customer leaves before the original departure date and time.

You must present a valid credit card at the time of booking, or prepay.

A deposit may be required.

All rates for reservations at our property are subject to a Cancellation Policy. If the check-in is not done on the estimated date of arrival, it will imply the payment of the complete reservation, as described in the Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, is involved in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or the reservations contain or have resulted from a mistake or error. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or correct reservations if they are not in accordance with our terms and conditions.

If a customer decides to shorten their stay or check out early, a fee will be charged, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy associated with the booking fee. In the case of cancellation of reservations mentioned above, Westheimer Portugal, Lda. has no obligation to guarantee new reservations available or better rates. A new reservation with the best available rate will have to be made by the guest at the time of the new reservation.

As a condition of using this website, the guest / customer agrees to provide proof of payment to the hotel’s reservations department within 48 hours of booking, indicating the booking confirmation number on the payment receipt. The guest / customer will be fully responsible for any bank fees and / or costs necessary to complete the bank’s fund transaction(s).

In addition, the guest acknowledges that the reservation may be canceled by the hotel if proof of payment is not sent to the hotel within the 48 hour notification period. The guest will be responsible for any cancellation or non-show penalties that may be incurred and acknowledges that the reservation and personal contact information provided are correct for the purposes of validating the hotel.

Only the currency used in the reservation is confirmed.

By using this website, you guarantee Westheimer Portugal, Lda. that you will not use it for any illicit or prohibited purposes under these terms, conditions and warnings.

Although Westheimer Portugal, Lda. periodically checks or analyzes the discussions, conversations, publications, broadcasts, announcements and others on this page, Westheimer is under no obligation to do so and does not assume any responsibility.

Responsibility or liability resulting from the content of any other locations or due to any errors, defamation, slander, insults, gaps, falsehoods, obscenities, pornography, profanity, threats or inaccuracies contained in any information present in those locations on the site. It is prohibited to publish or transfer any illicit, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that may constitute or encourage behavior that is considered a criminal offense, that gives rise to civil liability or that in any way violate any law.

Westheimer Portugal, Lda. will collaborate fully with all law enforcement authorities or court orders that request or appoint Westheimer Portugal, Lda. to disclose the identity of any individual who publishes such information or materials.

Notwithstanding, any contrary information contained in these Terms and Conditions, Westheimer Portugal, Lda. will not be liable for indirect damages, losses arising from subsequent damages or special circumstances, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of use, loss of opportunities, which arise due to the performance or non-performance of obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Westheimer Portugal, Lda. strongly recommends the purchase of a Complete Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy cover, but are not limited to, the following: loss of payment due to cancellation, loss or damage to personal luggage, loss of money and medical treatment expenses.
